Elizabeth is from the Province of Tabora in the country of Tanzania.  When Elizabeth was just 10 years old, her father passed away from a long time illness caused by drinking.  Not long after her father passed, Elizabeth’s mother was involved in a motorcycle accident that resulted in her having her leg amputated.  Unfortunately, she only survived a short time after this accident leaving behind four children.

I met this family after the mother’s accident.  They began attending my church and Elizabeth’s mother received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  After she passed away, my family decided to bring Elizabeth to our home and make part of our family.

Elizabeth has many needs that range from spiritual to physical.  She will need school supplies and uniforms, food, shelter, and medicine when necessary.  Your commitment to financially help us support Elizabeth will allow us to continue to meet these needs for her.

Elizabeth is a shy, quiet young girl whose favorite color is green.  She likes all sports and her favorite subject in school is science.  Elizabeth enjoys eating corn meal as her favorite food.  Since coming to live with us, Elizabeth has renewed happiness and hope about the future.  Elizabeth has been a joy to have with us and we thank you for your willingness to make sacrifices on your behalf to make this journey with us in helping this beautiful young girl grow physically and spiritually.
